The order form uses JavaScript to submit a form of products ordered to the custom PHP built shopping cart. A discount is applied for orders of 13 or more items. Checkout is handled by sending a string of items ordered and the qty to PayPal who collects the customer info and credit card payment securely.

This site was donated to the group and allows them alot of flexibility to maintain their own information. There are pages for the group to add Articles, News, Legislative information, Board and Member information and much more. The home page chooses the next Calendar event and other spots on the home page allow the site administrator to show a teaser to any article, news story or bit of information. There is also a place where members can login to view upcoming meetings, documents and previous meeting minutes.

This small site is filled with examples of the owners work. The header, navigation and footer elements of the site are one set of files that are pulled in and "included" on every page of the site. This makes site updates, additions and deletions much easier than having to change every page manually. The site uses an online form to allow people to contact David by email without having his email address listed on the site where it can be picked up by spammers. This site was donated to a silent auction event to raise money for the community. Bristol Woodworks owner, David King, was high bidder.

Another small site that was donated to this non profit group. Features information about the group, about being vegetarian and has many resources on where people can turn to learn more. Navigation and header elements are pulled in and "included" on every page making the site easy to update. Site will eventually feature searchable recipes that are stored in a database for easy retrieval and updates.

A basic web site to showcase examples of her dresses and career wear. The only PHP code used is to include the header and navigation files to make site updates quick and easy. The site owner requested very light colors so that the photos would really stand out.

Carroll Photos

Left navigation, header and footer files are included on each page (rather than being hardcoded) for easy site updates and additions. All photos and information (such as comments and photo category) are stored in a database and displayed on the proper category page when called. Random Testimonials and selected photographs are displayed on the home page. The Admin Control Panel allows the owner to update photo information, change the status of a photo (active or inactive) and add or modify testimonials. Originally created in January of 2001, we recently revamped this site to give the pages a small facelift and the owner more control over her content.

Another enthusiast site for older vehicle owners, buyers and sellers (PHP, JavaScript, MySQL).

This small site has alot of features. The admin area allows people to create an account to manage their "collections" and classified ads. All headers, footers and navigation elements are selected from just one file that is included on each page to make site updates quick and easy. A database of parts and vehicles for sale is controlled via the admin area. There are two levels of security for the admin area as well, super admin who has control over all items for all users, as well as individual user logins which allow a user to only see the items they have posted.
